The 2026 schedule is listed below. The schedule of events will be similar in 2027.

Wayne 8 Competition 8:00-10:00am

Individuals and partners will compete in a series of fitness stations. Prizes will be awarded to the top competitors. Event information will be released in November.

FREE Family & Community Fun 9:30am-Noon

For our friends who want to sweat a little less, we have plenty of fun lined up. Participants will receive an award for completing their activity/event “passport.” All you have to do is get your passport stamped at the various activities and booths. Prizes, prizes, prizes will be awarded throughout the day. Get your workout in with the Fitness Fun Stations including:

• Bicycle Smoothies
• Stacking Cups
• 40 Yard Dash
• Face Painting
• Push/Pull Up Station
• Rock, Paper, Scissors Relay
• Limbo 40 Yard Dash
• Ball Dribble
• Hula Hoop
• Jump Rope
• Dance Station

Health Fair, Giant Mile, and Demonstrations 9:30am-Noon

• More than 100 health & wellness organizations will be on hand with information, classes and demonstrations including:
• Health Screenings
• Healthy Meals
• Bike Safety
• Fire Safety and Workout Zumba just to name a few favorites!
• Giant Mile - During the health fair, walk the Giant Mile to get some steps in and to get a great tour of Ben Davis.  Giant Mile participants will receive a water bottle!

Mobile Lung Screening by IU Health – 9-Noon

If you or someone you know currently smokes or has quit in the last 15 years, don't wait! A quick 2-minute lung scan could save your life. Lung scans are painless, require no needles, no prep or special diet, and do not require you to change your clothes. Indiana University Health is now offering mobile lung screening at the Giant Health Fair that is covered by most insurance plans including Medicare and Medicaid if you meet both of the following requirements:

• Ages 50 - 77 AND
• Currently smoke or have quit in the last 15 years

Appointments are recommended. Learn more… After submitting your information, a member of the lung screening team will call you to schedule your appointment date and time.
